A lead-acid forklift battery wants a full shift and a long charge. A warehouse wants the truck back in rotation. FluidLoad is built for the second schedule: it accepts a charge between tasks and keeps a flat voltage to the end of the shift.
There is no watering, no equalisation cycle and no acid. The pack reports its own health through FluidTwin, so maintenance is planned from data rather than from a failure on the floor.
One pack per truck, swapped with the same handling equipment the warehouse already uses.
