• Battery pack engineer — mechanical and thermal design for LFP packs, from cell selection to enclosure.
• BMS firmware engineer — embedded C, state estimation, protection logic and field diagnostics.
• Field service engineer — site surveys, installation and commissioning across Maharashtra and beyond.
• Full-stack engineer — FluidTwin telemetry, dashboards and dispatch tooling.
• Technical writer — turn engineering notes into documentation customers can use.

What we look for

• You have shipped something that had to work in the field, not only in a test environment.
• You are comfortable with the Indian operating context: heat, dust, voltage variation and practical maintenance.
• You can explain a design decision to a customer without hiding behind jargon.

We do not use take-home tests that take a weekend. If we need to see how you work, we will pay for a short, scoped exercise.
