• Calculator inputs you choose to send with an enquiry. The calculator runs in your browser; nothing is transmitted unless you send it.
• Technical data from products you operate, such as site telemetry, pack health and fault events.
• Basic usage data for the website, such as pages requested and approximate region.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you and to prepare a proposal. We use product telemetry to operate, support and improve the systems we have sold. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only where it is necessary to run the website or support a product, and under terms that limit their use of it. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship. Product telemetry is retained according to the support agreement for that asset.

Your choices
