End user licence agreement
The licence terms for FluidTwin software and the firmware embedded in our products.

This agreement covers the software embedded in our products and the FluidTwin platform. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Licence grant
Subject to payment and the terms of your supply agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the embedded firmware and the FluidTwin platform for the assets you own or operate.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software except where the law expressly permits it. You may not resell, sublicense or provide the platform as a service to third parties without a written agreement.
Updates
We may provide firmware and platform updates to maintain safety, security or performance. Some updates are required for continued support.
Data
Telemetry generated by your assets is used to operate and support them, as described in the privacy policy. You retain ownership of your operational data.
Warranty and support
The warranty for hardware is set out in the supply agreement. Software is provided as part of the supported product; it is not sold separately.
Termination
The licence ends if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period. On termination, access to the platform may be withdrawn after a reasonable transition period.
