BMS designs battery systems, the firmware inside them and the software that runs them, from Pune.
A site does not buy a battery. It buys the next eight hours going the way it was planned. Everything we design follows from that difference.
What we do
We design LFP battery packs, the battery management firmware inside them, and FluidTwin, the software that watches and dispatches every unit. The hardware changes with the site: a commercial storage unit, a home backup system, a pack under a two-wheeler seat, a 48 V pack in a forklift. The cells, firmware and monitoring underneath do not.
That vertical slice is deliberate. When a site calls at 2 AM, there is one team to reach and one system to inspect.
Where we are
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra. Our engineering, pack assembly and software teams work from the same building, which is why a firmware change and a field fix can happen in the same week rather than the same quarter.
How we work
- Design for the worst afternoon. Heat, dust, voltage swings and irregular maintenance are the brief, not the edge case.
- Visibility before cleverness. Cell-level telemetry comes before any optimisation, and it is what makes the optimisation safe.
- Own the hard parts. Packs, firmware and software are in-house. We do not hand the failure modes to a supplier.
- Support the site, not the ticket. A warranty is a promise about a power cut, not a repair queue.
