Meet FluidTwin
The software layer that gives every battery an identity, a history and a dispatch decision.

FluidTwin is the software that runs alongside every product we ship. It is not an optional dashboard. It is how the hardware is supported and how a fleet becomes a resource.
Three jobs
See. Every unit reports cell-level voltage, current, temperature and state of health. A pack that is drifting is visible before it fails.
Decide. The platform forecasts site load and grid conditions, then chooses when each system charges, holds or discharges. The site’s backup floor is protected before any fleet decision.
Coordinate. Many sites, each holding its own reserve, can be offered to the grid as one dispatchable resource. Only the surplus above every floor is pooled.
Why it is built this way
Optimisation is easy to demo and hard to trust. A site will not accept a fleet-level decision that risks its backup, however good the economics look on a slide. So the reserve is a hard constraint in the software, not a setting the optimiser can trade away.
What an operator sees
A fleet view rather than a spreadsheet: sites that are underperforming, packs aging early, outages clustering in a region. Alerts are based on trends, not on a single reading crossing a line.
The platform behind the products
FluidTwin is the same layer whether the asset is a commercial storage unit, a home battery or a pack in a two-wheeler. The data model and the support workflow do not change with the form factor.
